the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) has approved the Company’s proposed name change (the “Name Change”) to “Apollo Gold Corp.”. The effective date for the Name Change is scheduled to be on May 26, 2020. Upon completion of the Name Change, the common shares of the Company will be listed for trading on the TSX-V under the symbol APGO with CUSIP number 03768L109.
